2 c flour
3 tsp baking powder
tsp salt
1 c sugar
c butter
1 egg
3 ripe bananas
c milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 c chopped walnuts or chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and baking powder, and set aside.

Beat together sugar, butter and egg. Mix in banana, lemon and milk.

Stir in flour mixture, fold in nuts or chocolate.

Bake 350 degrees for approximately one hour or 40
minutes for small loaves (till pick comes out clean). Cool on wire rack.
