2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
tsp baking soda
tsp salt
1 c sugar (combine all in a bowl and set aside).

3 tbsp softened butter
c room temp orange juice
1 egg
1 tbsp orange rind, grated
tsp almond extract,
1 c chopped cranberries.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the butter, egg, rind, orange juice and extract in a mixing bowl. Stir in dry ingredients. Fold in cranberries. Spoon into greased and floured loaf pan. Sprinkle sugar on top.

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or till pick comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
