1 packet of Karma Curry mix
Plain Yogurt 1 cup
1 large onion

Boneless Chicken Thighs, diced and trimmed
2 tbsp flour

Directions:

Brown 1 chopped large onion in oil; add chicken and
brown.
Add yogurt and about c water mixed with 2 tbsp flour
Add curry mix; stir together; simmer till meat is tender.

Cook Basmati Rice in rice cooker follow directions.
Add 1 tbsp of those yummy seeds (coriander?)
