1 1/2# grated Jarlesburg cheese
c chopped spring onion
1 c mayonnaise
1 tsp gray poupon
1 tbsp Worcestershire
Shake of nutmeg for top
1-pkg water crackers.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all wet ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir in onion then cheese. Put in baking dish & sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 350o about 25 minutes or till golden on top and bubbly. Serve with water crackers.

Variation: Spread cold mixture on baguette slices, bake at 500 degrees till golden and bubbly.
