1 lb baby potatoes, sliced in half

1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and fresh ground black pepper
1 tbsp dried italian herb seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In a large plastic bag, toss the sliced potatoes with the remaining ingredients.

Place potatoes on a baking sheet.

Roast potatoes in 400 oven for 20 minutes, or till browned and cooked through.
