10 oz Trader Joe’s pitted Kalamata olives, rinsed and drained, 2 - 8 oz regular black olives (black pearls), rinsed and drained, 1 anchovy fillet, 1 ¼ tsp capers
2 1/2 tbsp toasted pine nuts, 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced, 1 tsp fresh thyme, 1 tsp basil, Juice from ½ of a lemon, 1/3 c olive oil.
Melba toast, crackers, or baguette slices.

Directions:
Directions:
Into a food processor, add all ingredients except olive oil. While pulsing, pour in the olive oil in a thin stream. Continue pulsing until desired consistency is reached.

Can be made up to a week ahead of time.

Serve with crackers or thinly sliced, toasted baguette slices.
