3-4 c cooked chicken or turkey
Salt and pepper
8 oz fine noodles or spaghetti, cooked and dried

6 tbsp butter
8 oz sliced mushrooms
c all purpose flour
1 c light cream or half and half
2 c chicken broth
1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 c grated mozzarella/fontina cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Cook Spaghetti till done/ drain
 Melt 2 tbsp butter w/1 tbsp oil in skillet sauted sliced mushrooms till golden.
In saucepan, melt c butter; stir in flour, tsp salt. Stir until smooth. Add chicken Broth and cream. Cook, stirring, until sauce is thickened. Remove from heat and add mozzarella cheese.

Stir in noodles and place in baking dish; sprinkle parmesan on top. Bake 15-20 minutes, or till bubbly.
