3 C flour
2 C sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 eggs beaten
2 very ripe bananas
1 C oil
1 (8 1/4 oz) can crushed pineapple
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pckg instant vanilla pudding

Sift together flour, sugar, salt and soda. Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Combine eggs, oil, pineapple and vanilla. Stir into well until moistened. Add cinnamon and pudding mix. Stir until well blended. Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans.

Bake at 350 for 65 to 70 minutes
