4 C bread cubes - set aside
Mix: 3 beaten eggs
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C melted butter
1/2 C cream
1 - 2 lb can pineapple tidbits

Stir in bread cubes, bake in greased casserole, 45 min. at 325.
