3 lb. finely chopped cabbage
1 large green pepper
1 large red onion, sliced thin
2 C. sugar
1 C. oil
1 C. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cabbage, green pepper and red onion in a large container. Pour sugar over top. In a sauce pan, heat just to boiling remaining ingredients, pour over cabbage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Mix and serve. Keeps 10 days.
