6 eggs
salt & pepper
2 small apples diced
1 1/2 C O'Brien hash browns
2/3 C milk
2/3 C sour cream
2/3 C shredded cheddar cheese
6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled (divided)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl beat eggs - stir in apples, potatoes, milk, sour cream, 1/3 cup of the cheese, 3 tbsp bacon, salt & pepper - put into baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese & bacon.

Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes
