12 matzo
9 eggs - beaten
11/2 tsp salt
11/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup oil
3 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cups chopped walnuts
6 large peeled and cubes apples
1/2 to 3/4 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
break matzos into small pieces and soak in water
drain matzo
beat eggs with salt sugar oil and cinnamon
add drained matzo
stir in nuts apples and raisins
bake at 350 for 1 hour or until brown
