1 med pork roast
2 cans Rotel
1 can (4 oz.) green chilies
1 small pkg. frozen corn
tortillas
shredded cheese
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pork roast, rotel, and green chilies in crock pot. Cook over med-high heat approximately 5 hours or until roast appears done. Add frozen corn shortly before serving. Shred roast and mix in crock pot. Serve on tortillas. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, etc.
