1 whole chicken - boiled, cut up
2 c. flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
walnut sized amount of shortening
1 c cooled chicken broth
2 can Cream of Mushroom soup (May also use Cream of Chicken soup if preferred)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken, set aside 1 c. of broth to cool. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and shortening in mixing bowl. Add small amounts of cooled broth until workable dough forms. Roll dough out onto floured surface. Cut into strips. Bring remaining broth to a boil, drop in strips of dough. After all dumplings have been added to broth, add cut up chicken, and cream of mushroom soup. Heat thoroughly and serve.
