6 Medium Potatoes
2 Medium Onions
1 Bunch Celery
2 Cans Condensed Milk
2 cups Water
Salt & Pepper to Taste
2 Tbsp. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Chop veggies & saute in butter in medium saucepan. Add milk & water and cook for one hour. Do not bring to boil. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Chopped clams or Blended oysters may be added after serving soup to bowl for a delicious chowder or stew.
