6 slices white bread
2 ( 12 oz.) pkgs. pork sausage
1 can ( 8 oz.) chopped mushrooms
16 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs
2 c. half-and-half

Directions:
Directions:
Tear bread into bite-size pieces and place in a 9x 13 baking dish. Crumble sausage; cook and drain. Spread over bread. Add mushrooms and top with Cheddar cheese.

Beat eggs; add half-and-half. Mix well and pour over casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
