"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1 quart water 2 cups potatoes, diced 1 cup onions, diced and sautéed 3 chicken bouillon cubs 20 oz package of frozen broccoli 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
Cook potatoes in water. When tender add broccoli, onions, and bouillon. Add the cream of chicken soup and the cheddar soup. Heat through until cheese is melted and blended. Serve with bread sticks or in bread bowls.
Great recipe for practicing dicing skills. However you could substitute frozen hash browns if needed.
