1 5 lb. roasting chicken
c. unsalted butter melted
c. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. turmeric

Directions:
Directions:
Put rack on bottom shelf of oven. Preheat to 400. Whisk butter, honey cinnamon, and turmeric in small bow. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer c. of honey butter to small bowl. Reserve. Place chicken on rack in roasting pan. Brush with some of the remaining honey butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast until 165 * brush occasionally with honey butter about 1 hr 15 min.
