1 bag hashbrowns (shredded or cubed)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
2 cups shredded chedder cheese
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup onion chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bag of hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, butter, shredded cheese, sour cream, and onion in a large bowl. Spray cooking spray into 9x13 pan then spread mixture out in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1hr 15 min.
