1 c. corn syrup 1 c. sugar 1 tbsp. butter 3/4 tsp. salt 1 pkg. raw Spanish peanuts 1 tsp. baking soda
Combine syrup, sugar, butter, and salt in a large saucepan; cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Add package of Spanish peanuts; stir constantly until peanuts are light brown. Remove from heat; stir in the baking soda; spread on greased cookie sheet. Cool. Break apart.
