2 med. Potatoes, peeled
onion
1 egg
tsp flour or matzah meal
1 tsp to T salt
Pinch pepper
Pinch baking powder
Canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Use grater with square holes/large holes. Grate potatoes and onion. Mix all ingredients together, shape into latkes and fry in HOT canola oil.
