3 c cooked rice 2 thin slices deli ham chopped 1 lg onion chopped 1 small pkg frozen english peas thawed 2 eggs Cooking oil (Recommend sesame oil) soy sauce to taste
Put oil in pan. Add onion cook until tender Add ham, rice and peas and mix together. Push aside and add eggs. Break up eggs and cook until almost done. Stir eggs into mixture and add soy sauce to taste.
You can add other ingredients, veggies or meat as desired.
