2 egg yolks
1 c. sour cream
1 t. horseradish
juice from 1 lemon
1/2 t. salt
dash of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk egg yolks into sour cream, add other ingredients. Heat very slowly over a double boiler, whisking periodically for 8 to 10 minutes. This recipe nicely covers baked fish, baked potatoes or steamed vegetables.
