1 c. corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients together. Add boiling water and stir well. Put tablespoons of batter on hot greased griddle and flatten with spoon. turn when brown.
