1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. water1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
1 small tomato, chopped
2 Chile peppers or jalapeņo peppers, chopped
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook oil and flour like soup. Add remaining ingredients and simmer together got 30 minutes. Serve with chips or crackers.
