1 ( 8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can Chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans chopped green chiles or 1 can jalapeņos

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Place on LOW heat until ingredients is hot. Serve with chips or crackers
