1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can salmon (2 c., smoked)
1 tbsp.. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon and remove skin and bones. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into a ball and roll in slivered almonds to coat. Chill. Serve with crackers.
