2 c. grated zucchini
1 c Bisquick
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 glove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tbsp. parsley
1 medium onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and pour ingredients into a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
