2 tbsp. melted butter 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 1 c. sour cream 2 cans green beans, drained 1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese 2 c. Special K cereal 2 tbsp. melted butter
Mix together the first 5 ingredients. In saucepan, mix beans and sour cream; heat. Add ingredients in bowl and put into baking dish. Cover with cheese and Special K mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese starts to bubble.
