6 c. squash (fresh or frozen), cut into small pieces
1 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cut in small pieces
2 c. bread crumbs
1 stick butter
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash, onion and garlic until tender. Layer squash, bread crumbs, cheese and butter until all is used. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
