8 large potatoes, boiled til soft and cubed
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
1 c. chopped green onions
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 (10 oz) pkg Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 can French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Saute green onions and peppers in butter. Add cheese to sautéed mixture and melt. Next add the cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
Place the potatoes in a 9x13 casserole dish and pour mixture over the potatoes. Top with French fried onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes .
