1 lb. ground round
1 T. oil
1 clove garlic
salt & pepper
1 green pepper - chopped
1 T. chili powder
1 T. worchestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce to taste
1 lb. can Italian plum tomatoes
1 lb. can kidney beans
3/4 cup raw rice
1/4 cup chopped stuff olives
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook meat in oil. Add garlic, salt, pepper, onion, green pepper & chili powder. Cook 5 min. or until onions are cooked. Add worchestershire sauce, tabasco, tomatoes, kidney beans and rice. Turn into a buttered 2 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered 45 min. Sprinkle with olives, cheese and bake 15 min. longer or until cheese is melted.
