2 heads cabbage, shredded
1 green pepper, finely chopped
2 T grated onion
1 small jar pimento



Dressing:
1 c apple cider vinegar
1 c sugar
2/3 c cooking oil
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cabbage, pepper, onion and pimento. Set aside.
Place apple cider vinegar, sugar, oil, dry mustard, celery seed, and salt in pan. Bring to a full boil and boil for 1 minute.
Pour hot mixture over cabbage. Toss well. Cool then refrigerate.
