1 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
pinch of sugar
3 med. size potatoes, boiled (save water)
1 1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water (from the boiled potatoes
4 eggs
9 c. flour
For Glaze:
2 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. corn syrup

stir warm water, yeast and pinch of sugar until well dissolved.

mix together potatoes, water, butter, sugar and salt.

add to yeast mixture and stir well. add eggs and flour to correct consistency. knead dough. let rise, then punch down. place in fridge overnight.

place dough on floured pastry cloth. roll out dough. sprinkle butter, brown sugar and cinnamon on the flour. Roll up like a jelly roll and slice. Put into fridge for 20 min.

Bake at 375 for 20-25 min.
