1 pastry shell baked and cooled
12 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups peanut butter (creamy)
2 cups heavy cream
chopped peanuts for garnish
GANACHE:
8 ounces chocolate chips (semi sweet)
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the ganache ingredients in the microwave until melted, then using a whisk, whisk them together. Pour 3/4 of it into the pie crust and cool until firm.
In a mixer, mix the whipping cream until firm, set aside. Now in a new bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients together, once mixed well, pour in the whipped cream and gently mix just until mixed together. Now pour this on top of the cooled ganache. With a spoon, flip the top of the mixture, just to make it pretty. Add the chopped peanuts, just as many as you would like. Now re-microwave the rest of the ganache mixture and with a spoon or the whisk, drizzle it on top of the pie. Refrigerate this pie for at least 2 hours prior to serving so it sets up nicely. ENJOY!!
