1-3/4 c. sugar
1 can Carnation milk
6 eggs
Vanilla, to taste

Mix/beat in a large bowl all ingredients.

To this mixture add enough milk to fill the freezer container to the fill line. (Usually about 1/2 gal) You can use 1%, 2%, skim or whole milk - you choose how much fat you want to add.

Other add-ins:
A can of sweetened condensed milk for richer ice cream OR 2 small or 1 large pkg of chocolate instant pudding mix for chocolate ice cream. (or other flavors: pistachio, butterscotch, etc. Try blended or chopped peaches, strawberries or other seasonal fruit)
