8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c sugar
1/8 tsp salt
6 oz choc chips

1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 c flour
1 c sugar
1/4 c cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1 c water
1 T vinegar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients together & set aside.
Beat together remaining ingredients.
Fill foil cupcake liners 1/3 full with the chocolate mixture.Top each with a tablespoon of the well mixed cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 25 min.

If you over bake they will be like rubber. Not good!
When cream cheese starts turning light brown it is time to pull them out of the oven.
