1 head cabbage-chopped
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 cup oil
2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. celery seed

Directions:

Bring to a boil last 6 ingredients. Pour over chopped first 3. Let set in refrigerator for 24 hours or more before serving.
