2 lg. apples, cored and chopped
3 ribs of celery- sliced
1/2 to 1 cup raisins
1/2 to 1 cup cubed cheese (or grated cheese)
2 Tbsp. mayo
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tsp. sugar
coarsely chopped nuts
halved green grapes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the mayo and sour cream together then sprinkle on the sugar. Add a little milk or half and half to thin it if needed. Stir the dressing and chopped apples first then add the other ingredients and top with nuts. (Halved green grapes are a nice addition.)
