2 boxes cornbread mix, cooked
1 lb. bacon- cooked, drained and crumbled
1 lg. bell pepper
2 -3 tomatoes
1 small bunch onions
1 small onion
1 pint salad dressing
pickle juice

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble cornbread (I use Jiffy). Add bacon, peppers, onions. Mix dressing and juices to make thick sauce. Pour over ingredients and toss good. Add chopped tomatoes and toss. Serve. This recipe can easily be halved.
