1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract or almond extract

nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugars, and oil together in a large mixing bowl, add eggs. Beat until smooth. Add flour, salt, cream of tarter, soda and vanilla. Mix well. Refrigerate the dough overnight. Form into walnut-size balls; place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten cookies with a glass dipped in sugar and nutmeg. Bake at 375 for 8 min. Cool on wire rack.
