Ingredients:  
1 chicken, cooked and cut up in bite-size pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small pkg. tortillas
1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
Grated Cheddar cheese or hot Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 cup chopped onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Layer tortillas in bottom of baking dish. Pour just enough chicken broth on tortillas to moisten them. Add chicken and pour in cream of mushroom soup. Add onions, chili powder, and bell pepper. Sprinkle with cheese, then add cream of chicken soup. Add another layer of cheese and top with tomatoes. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
