1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
4 medium bananas, sliced
1 carton cool whip
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 4 oz. jar maraschino cherries, drained

Directions:

Combine melted butter and graham crackers and pat into bottom of 13x9 inch pan. Beat eggs on high speed until light, about 4 minutes. Add powdered sugar, softened butter and vanilla. Beat 5 minutes and spread over crust. Chill 30 minutes, then spread pineapple over creamed mixture. Arrange banana slices over pineapple. Cover with whipped topping and sprinkle with pecans. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with cherries before serving.
