1 stick (1/2 c) butter
4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
1 1/3 c sugar
3 large eggs
1 1/2 t vanilla
3/4 c flour
1 bag (13 oz) Snickers Mini candy bars
1/4 cup M&M's mini baking bits

Directions:

Heat oven to 350* Line miniature muffin pans with paper liners.(Cups measure 1 1/4 in across bottoms), OR spray 13X9X2 pan with Pam.

Melt butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat or in a large bowl in microwave. Stir to blend well.
Wisk in sugar, eggs and vanilla until combined. Stir in flour just until well blended.
Spoon 1 T batter into each muffin cup and press a Snickers bar almost flush with surface; sprinkle with 4-5 baking bits. -OR- Spread batter in prepared pan and press Snickers into batter 5-7 across and about 10-12 down. Sprinkle with miniature M&M's .
Bake 16-18 minutes until risen and tops look dry and shiny (Some may have caramel flow). Cool in muffin pan on a wire rack 5 minutes; remove from pan, using tip of a knife if needed, to a rack to cool completely. In 13X9 pan, allow to cool completely before cutting in squares, incorporating a Snickers into each.
