1/3 c. cinnamon candies
2 c. boiling water
2 (3oz.) pkg lemon jello
1 tbsp. lemon juice
pinch of salt
2 c. applesauce 1 (4oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 1/3 c. cinnamon candies in 2 c. boiling water; add 2 pkgs. lemon jello, lemon juice, and pinch of salt. Stir in applesauce; mix well. Cool. Grease a mold Cut cream cheese into small pieces. Spread the cut pieces of cream cheese and nuts over the bottom of the mold. Pour the applesauce-lemon mixture over the cheese and nuts. Set in refrigerator until firm.
