7 qt. sliced cucumbers
3 pt. white vinegar
3 c. sugar
9 small onions
1 tbsp. tumeric
1 tbsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Wash cucumber, but do not peel. Slice enough cucumber to make 7 quarts. Make a salt solution of 1 cup salt to 5 quarts water. Soak cucumbers in this solution overnight. In the morning, drain and add sliced onions, sugar, vinegar, tumeric, and celery seed. Bring to a boil and put into sterile jars.
