Dry Ingredients
1 c. Flour
1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt

Liquid Ingredients
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk together dry ingredients
2. In separate bowl whisk together liquid ingredients
3. Dig a well in dry ingredients and then put liquid into flour whisk gently.
4. Cook like you were cooking pancakes

This is a Bordeleau favorite. Every Sunday dad would make a big batch. you can top them with fruit, chocolate syrup, or whip cream. you can also freeze them roll with ice cream and enjoy.
