1 1/4 cups salad oil
2 1/3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
5/8 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup wine vinegar
1 1/4 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/4 teaspoons dry mustard
2 1/3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/4 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
salt and pepper, to taste

1Combine all ingredients and mix well. Excellent for steaks, roasts, vegetable kabobs and hamburgers. Marinade may be stored in freezer for re-use.
