2 boxes frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 package tofu
Mozzarella cheese
1 package fat free cream cheese
10 manicotti shells, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Add tofu and blend together. Mix in spinach and thoroughly mix together. Stuff above mixture in cooked manicotti shells. Place in a baking dish that has a small amount of sauce at the bottom. When dish is full, place remainder of sauce on top of manicotti add mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake 350
until cheese is bubbly.
