1 small onion
2 lbs. stew meat
1 can tomato soup
6 carrots (chopped)
6 potatoes (chopped)
1 c. water
3 T. tapioca
2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Directions:

Mix altogether in a crock pot. Cook on low for 10 hours.

A very good, savory stew. It smells good cooking all day. I sometimes cook on high for a couple hours and turn down. It doesn't take quite as long.
